IRIS. LATEST GENERATION ADJUSTABLE PHOTOCELLS
The IRIS adjustable photocells allow you to detect obstacles on the optical axis between transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) with a range of up to 30 m.
State-of-the-art: The photocell is housed on a rotating support equipped with a high-performance lens designed to optimize beam efficiency in any direction. The rotating support is locked in the desired position thanks to a resistant rotation lock with screw clamping (if necessary removable with a screwdriver). The alignment is reported by a led on the receiver.
The Fresnel type high performance optic is easily adjustable on frictioned and self-locking joints both horizontally, being able to rotate 180 ° (± 90 °), or vertically with a possible rotation of ± 10 °. The optic is completely independent of the electronic board, this greatly facilitates the orientation when the wiring is already performed.
Double relay equipment with series exchanges, the NC contact and the photo test function make it conform to the standards of category 3 of UNI EN ISO 13849-1 (update of EN 954-1).
Possibility to connect up to 8 pairs of photocells by synchronizing the transmission (multiplexed system) without interference. The selection is made by 4-way dip-switches placed both on the transmitter and on the receiver.
IR transmission with advanced digital protocol that guarantees maximum efficiency, disturbance immunity and reduced consumption. Reinforced power supply to tolerate voltages up to 35Vdc or 30Vac.
Modulated infrared photocell composed of transmitter and receiver. The optic can be adjusted on self-locking friction joints either horizontally, being able to rotate 180°, or vertically with a possible rotation of ± 10° with respect to the horizontal position.
Modulated infrared adjustable photocell composed of transmitter and receiver (powered by 12-24 Vac / Vdc source). Possibility to connect up to 8 pairs of photocells by synchronizing the transmission, multiplexed system. Integrated LED circuit board on both elements (Tx, Rx) for illuminating the surrounding area.
Modulated infrared photocell composed of a battery-powered transmitter (wireless), with 2 integrated 1.5V AA batteries, and a receiver (powered by 12-24 Vac / Vdc source).
EDGE FUNCTION: the wireless transmitter (Tx), it is equipped with an input for the connection of a safety edge with Normally Close contact.
Adjustable infrared 2-wire pulsed photocell (2-wire pulsed). Equipment that uses a continuously monitored modulated signal, compliant with the standards CAT.2 of UNI EN ISO 13849-1.
The packaging of each IRIS model includes: 1 transmitter; 1 receiver; set of screws and gaskets for installation.
